Otherworld Agents follow the exploits of Division 9; a team of highly trained individuals and supernatural agents as they explore the strange happenings in a pre-internet era world.

Using the framework of Chaosium's Call of Cthulhu, the physical and mental aptitudes of the investigators are pushed to their limits using a D100 system. Can they stay alive long enough to solve the mystery? Or will they succumb to madness when faced with unknown terrors?
